This was a cute, hockey romance that I enjoyed reading. Who doesn't love a fake relationship & one bed situation that turns into something real?
I enjoy these quick, easy reads full of spice, love, and laughter.

This is book 5 in the Wyncote Wolves series. I have reviewed all the others on here and I haven’t had a bad thing to say about any of them yet. That will not start today because this one is just as adorbs as the rest.
Asher, the star goalie for the Wolves, is making plans to return home for the holidays and his brother’s wedding. His mother, having just beat cancer, id very invested in the love lives of all her children. Asher is a perpetual playboy, but in an attempt to make his mother happy, he enlists the help of his friend Sydney. He proposes a fake relationship since she is planning to stay on campus for Christmas. He wants her to go home with him, put on a little show for his family, then they return to school and resume their platonic relationship. Simple, right? RIGHT?? Yeah, no. Their easy friendship morphs into so much more than they expected.
I really do adore this series. All the books are very short and fun to read. This one by far has my favorite ending/prologue. I may have been bouncing up and down in my seat while reading it. Ok, I DEFINITELY was. I highly recommend this series if you want a fluffy hockey romance to keep you warm this winter.

Of course I had to read a hockey Christmas romance! Would I be me if I didn’t?
Asher’s mom is so worried that he will never get married despite him being in college. When he has to go home for his brother’s wedding and Christmas, he decides to bring one of his friends as his “girlfriend.” They agree to not let it affect their friendship, but we all know how that was gonna go.
I thoroughly enjoyed this short book. It had fake dating, forced proximity, 1 bed, friends to lovers, Christmas, Hallmark movies, family, and a sports romance. Now I have to read the rest of the author’s books!

This is a cute, holiday novella. I love the fake dating aspect and I love the family dynamic of the Goldings. Sydney and Asher are a cute couple and I enjoyed their chemistry. I do wish the story could be longer and that there could be more hockey, but this was a nice light, read that I really enjoyed and needed. Perfect read for the Christmas season!
