A solid romantasy, not too spicy for those dipping their toes into the genre. Excellent world building, as ever, from the author.

I had great time reading this. I loved the characters and the book made me laugh quite a few times. It was simple and enjoyable. At first I was put off by name Stephen but he became one of my favourite book boyfriends pretty quick. I  can'  wait to read the rest of the series.

I loved the characters. The bishop was a riot, and everyone else was aso pretty damn funny!
