A fun summertime read. The island is the best character in this book. Vibes all round.

The chemistry between the main female and male character is believable but the romance is not. I just didn’t feel like these people would work long-term. Also there was a lot of build up for what ended up being anticlimactic. Ending chapters were slow and unnecessary.
