Wow!! Freida outdid herself this time. This is officially my second favorite book of hers. There’s so many twists and everything blends so well. At the end, there is such a tight little bow tying everything together. Loved it. Very entertaining and quick read.

2.5 stars, rounded up. I enjoyed getting to be inside the head of each character and understand their motivations - I think Addie and Eve were well done, but Nate was meh. Overall the book was way too slow, and while all the set up definitely supported some of the twists we saw later on, the excessive set up/interactions were unnecessary considering other twists that popped up. McFaddan clearly wanted to misdirect readers, but it came at the expense of pacing.

I listened to this book as an audiobook at 1.5x speed, the narrator did an excellent job!

That ending got me
