This was a cute story, but on the shorter side as audiobooks go. I thought it was adorable that Kyler/Tom was so hung up on his college girlfriend that he wanted a second chance with her and was willing to humiliate himself a bit to get that chance. Too bad Cassandra wasn't home. But her neighbor, Finley, was! And her neighbor, a writer for a TV show, thought it was kind of adorable, too. Sparks didn't exactly fly at first, but in the process of "tutoring" Tom in proper dating, they definitely start. They were really cute on their "non-date" dates. And the road trip was fun. The pop culture references were fun. And I thought it was really cool that, once Finley helped Tom realize what went wrong with Cassandra, he just wanted to apologize. It was kinda cute how oblivious he was. Kinda makes me wonder if boys who went to all boys' schools really do need help learning how to relationship. :-)

Loved Finley and Kylar’s romance! This was a roller coaster for sure and the adventure was just the tip. There were moments I wanted to shake them both, but it wouldn’t be a romance without a little drama, right?
I felt connected with both characters and will definitely recommend this HEA.
Road trip, funny, awkward-in-a-good-way, mistaken identity, brains, hot nerd, screenwriter, muse

4.5 Fun & Flirty Stars!
I had so much fun listening to this latest rom-com by Lauren Blakely. I loved the meet cute between Finley & Kylar (Tom). Their accidental meeting lead to Finley helping Tom win back the woman who broke his heart in college, and in return, Tom would help Finley with her new show that she needed to write. This took them on practice dates, and a road trip filled with fun and unique experiences. Finley and Tom bonded over their shared love of 80's movies, and going on new exciting adventures. Finley was second choice with her last relationship, so she doesn't want to believe Tom when he tells her that he has developed feelings for her. As their adventures bring them closer together, and their attraction more electric, Finley realizes that Tom had her at 'Hello'! One of the things I love about Blakely's stories, besides the witty banter she does so well, is the uncommon jobs her characters have, the unique foods they enjoy, and unconventional spots they visit. She opens up a new, fresh, and exciting world of possibilities to us.
Her story is brought to life beautifully by narrators, Joe Arden, and Andi Arndt. Their ability to deliver Ms. Blakely's witty dialogue along with imparting the genuine emotion of all characters was exquisite. I loved how Arden portrayed the charming, clueless, adorkable Tom, and Arndt easily played the perfect balance of Finley's love of adventure, but fear of putting herself out there. I was totally lost in their storytelling.
This is a heartwarming, fun and sexy romance that you will want to listen to again and again!

When a comedy of errors leads one man to his destiny, will he smartly accept the challenge or be clueless enough to walk away? Unzipped is a wildly hilarious, often times corny, yet hard to resist bundle of fun. Blakely has teamed up with two of the most memorable voices in audio to create a romantic comedy of the heart.
I adored this book. It's got the perfect mix of humor and fun, with the perfect level of heat and the tiniest bit of angst. From the cute-meet moment to the big gesture finish, I just couldn't put it down.
Our heroine is quirky and enthusiastic about life. She's got just the right amount of goofiness that makes her playful but not annoying. (I kinda want to be her when I grow up.) He's also just a hoot. Sexy, smart, and also charmingly goofy - a great match for our girl. The flirty banter just flows between them and it makes for a highly entertaining read.
With characters who are adorably dorky (and who own in), Unzipped is lighthearted, charming, funny, and easy to read. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves romantic comedies and/or a lot of fun in their reads.

This was decent. A sweet romance that wasn't planned. I very likely won't remember much of it, but it had a few good laugh out loud moments.
