interesting and great to hear different perspectives from this point of view ! Especially the less "severe" cases - more every day problems and how they worked through them

There was some useful information in the book for someone who is training to be a therapist, but it's offset by the overwhelming negativety. Reading this book is like listening to a narcissist go on about himself for hours (he even calls himself a narcissist in 2 different chapters). Finally bought the audiobook so I could listen to the chapters for class because reading it was so annoying. Would not recommend this book to anyone who is becoming a therapist or may want to become a therapist.
