this volume hit me kinda hard idk...something about the way Fujimoto address the influence/sway sex has on relationships via Denji, the way something he's never had can have such a chokehold on him but he's also learned the value and strength of relationships without it, how he appreciates and fosters his nonsexual relationships, (V9 lives rent free in my asexual head)...i'm on that love/hate type beat with Denji. Do NOT et me started on the whole thing with the government girl like ma'am that's a MINOR
Anyway I liked his reflection on how he feels about the "normal life" he thought he wanted so bad. "Hey, Pochita. For us, this life is like heaven, right? But like, despite that, now I'm dreaming of an even higher heaven. We can be happy with what we've got, right, Pochita? We don't need to keep fighting..." Hedonic treadmill has entered the chat!!
Wow Denji and Nayuta are such cute siblings hopefully she doesn't die violently in front of him or anything right Fujimoto aha? The scene where she was half asleep, "I'll stay with you...for the rest of your life. Then you'll be happy too, right?" and his face in the next panel and all the dogs why must he suffer so much ðŸ˜

I don't really know where the plot is going; there's a lot of moving pieces on the board rn. IDC I thought this volume flowed nicely.
