One of my favorite Chainsaw Man covers for sure, but the volume itself was just okay in my opinion. I didn't care all that much, sadly.
Got more of Denji's struggling to find his desire in life. Also this volume was really funny for some reason, I hope this style of humor contnues.

From the drop in reviews I expected this to be much worse. I assume because this volume was much more internal in its conflict which I honestly appreciated.
I loved the cult part, it felt really well done and accurate. It's a setup chapter but A VERY GOOD ONE, in my opinion, I had a lot of fun. Also the fact Quanxi comes back makes me like this volume more.
Overall I didn't feel the drop of quality (expect a little in the artstyle).
