supaaa cute read. it made me LOL at some points. i could imagine this as a movie rom com. there are no spicy scenes and very few kissing scenes even.

The Bodyguard is a beautifully written rom-com that is so tenderly warm and gentle. It almost felt like a personal love letter from the author on loving yourself and practicing gratitude. Hannah and Jack are such special characters that will stay with me for a very long time. It was also super refreshing to see the FMC be the bodyguard!

This was my first Katherine Center book, and I enjoyed it! It’s a really fun, sometimes cheesy, and other times deep and reflective, rom-com that flips the traditional bodyguard/celebrity romance. I found myself reading this book really quickly and wanting to know what would happen to the characters, and I appreciated how the lighthearted romance was complimented by discussions about deeper thoughts, insecurities and reflections. Overall, I had a great time with this book and am looking forward to discussing it at my next book club meeting!

Adorable. The badass tiny bodyguard and the movie star. I liked their different viewpoints and her growth. Sad the best friend was a cliche. But I loved them becoming close and the adventures they go on. Light hearted romance book.
