While I enjoyed most of the world building in this novel, I didn't actually enjoy the story line as much as I had expected. Generally, I find books with dragons (or in this case reincarnated dragons from Atlantis) to be frustrating. Dragons become this magical being that is the answer to everything, and I found that trope to be true in this story. If that doesn't bother you, than you should be fine. Beyond this it felt more like related short stories that were put together with an interesting over-arching plot. It worked, but I could tell the author was more comfortable with a shorter story than a long one.
