I read this because it was recommended to me.
Genuinely one of the worst books I have read this year. It was SO BAD. But like a car crash happening before you eyes; I just couldn't look away.
The second handembarrassment and the CRINGE OMG.
Its also SO problematic for a plethora of reason. The biggest probably that the love interest ""waits""" till the day OF her eighteenth birthday. Ew ew eW.
So I like myself an age gap but I don't like it when grown men shag teenagers. She's literally still a teen. He groomed her!
"BuT sEparAting fIctioN frOm rEalIty" blablabla. Even with that this book turned into JUST smut at the 50% mark. I skimmed like half of this book. I cannot like this book for the plot CUZ THERE WAS NON. So at least it had likeable characters, right?
WRONG. I didn't feel ANYTHING for the characters. It was just al so mechanic. Ask me something about one of them. I can't. This is just repurposed fanfiction.
I'm really doubting between 1 or 2 stars. I don't know it feels wrong to give it one stars, cuz if I was into all the kinky things I would probably rate it higher. But i wasn't so...
