Abhorrently insulting and kinda boring, yet an interesting dive into the dumpster fire that is toxic masculinity if you really wanna analyze it. You’re like “there’s no way a man like this exists” but deep down, you know there probably is. Don’t take it too seriously and it’s actually almost funny, but you’d be better off not reading it at all. If you’re looking for hyperbolized look at how shitty men can be, then sure this book fits the bill. You almost can’t tell if it’s meant to be taken seriously, satire or not, it’s just kinda boring. A quick read made quicker by the sheer fact that you can skim and not miss much.
Fair warning, it’s decidedly misogynistic, definitely a little racist and homophobic and transphobic, and the holy trifecta of slurs  are scattered in there. You could say they serve a purpose, or you can say it’s 2007 and every white man sucked (which ironically fits what the story is about) but it’s understandable if someone doesn’t wanna touch this  book now. There’s also a sexual assault scene
in which the women thinks she’s fucking someone else and he doesn’t bother to correct her.
sooo…yeah.
