I didn't like this one as much as the first. The Atticus Punt plot was so convoluted. I understand it was necessary by the end, but it just felt a little tedious during the process.
Couldn’t stand this book. Gave up at 50% and read the ending and thankfully now i can move on.

Susan Ryeland is back in another book within a book. I don't think that "Moonflower" holds together quite as well as "Magpie" but it is still worthwhile. One warning -- if you do these by audiobook, it becomes very difficult to keep track of everyone since you start out with the first half of one mystery, then do a completely different mystery, and then come back to the first one.
Amazing! Fantastic!! I don't know what other words to use - the second one I've read by this author and I can't wait for the next one. Such riveting storylines and the fact that there's a book - in a book! Definitely captures my attention. Susan called into investigate a wrongful arrest and a murder. Then picks back through the events leading to it all, ending in a very satisfactory way. Very well written
I did enjoy this read but i got stuck in the middle of it. As soon as the story turns into the reader reading Atticus pund takes the case it kept getting hard for me to pick up the book and i almost skipped it. I stead i pushed myself to read it and im glad i did because once you get a reading groove its hard to stop. Definitely recommend but if you come to the point i did keep reading! Its worth it!
