I loveed this book!! Charlee was amazing and I laughed most of the time while reading her craziness. Her relationship with her grandma was really funny too, they were like a couple of teenagers.
Rath was amazing too, I loved his relationship with Bram, and how little by little he started falling in love with Charlee and all the things she did. Also their chemistry and sexual tension was

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start on my review for this book because I was dying laughing throughout it! In fact, I first started reading when I had gone to eat lunch on a Sunday at Applebee’s by myself. I was sitting in the restaurant giggling so much as I read, because these characters, especially, Charlee, are hilarious! I loved how Charlee would get all spastic and just run on at the mouth whenever she was nervous. For instance, introducing herself and her last name was Cox, so she basically said it was like a bag of dicks, but not spelled that way. Of course, then Rath had to keep calling her as if that was her last name throughout the story, in a way, it was definitely a funny endearment.
The second time I was reading this in public was in a Wendy’s restaurant, and the exact same thing happened, I was giggling and I’m sure everyone around me thought there was something wrong with me. You see, they played Pictionary at a game night, and while Rath was drawing a cannon, Charlee was assuming it was a penis and her guesses just got worse and worse, especially because it was a cannon shooting, so, yeah, I’m guessing you can figure out just where her crazy ideas went to. One thing I know though, if the author is getting me to giggle that much, Quinn will soon have me crying when she brings on the big drama. Which she almost did this time. But, one thing that always annoys me is when one of the main characters doesn’t even give the other a chance to explain something, they just jump to conclusions. And that happened, so honestly, I have to really rate this book a 4.95 stars. But it was so good I can’t drop a whole half a star, just the tiny bit.
In the end I saw where Rath was repeating a pattern he had before. I had wondered about her grandma and what exactly was wrong pretty quickly, so that bit fit into the puzzle at the end perfectly for me, and made for a bigger blow up at the end. Meghan Quinn also does this thing where she will start with you with an event from later in the book, but it’s not the last scene, like a lot of times you’ll see, it is something from later in the story that when it pops up, you still have more to go, and I like that! I also love that while this isn’t a series, we did get to check in with some characters from other books by this author, Bram and Julia from The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend’s Sister (which I kind of need to read again now) and Roark and Sutton from Diary of a Bad Boy.
Finally, I have to say that I love the author’s style of writing, I’d love to be that good. But, I did get an idea to help me with my own writing, and I love when that happens!

Loved it!

My favourite of the series!
Happy and sad that I’m done with the series. Worth rereading in the future.
Rath and Charlee’s my favourite couple.
Bram’s my favourite character of the series.
Please write some outtakes of the three goofballs.
The names tho

I thought it was hilarious:) My only complaint was the back and forth towards the end...but other than that, a fun/sexy book
Hands down one of the best RomComs I have ever read. I had tears streaming down my face and many times I couldn’t breathe from how hard I was laughing. Easily a five-star rating for Boss Man Bridegroom.
What I loved:
Charlee: All aboard the hot mess express. She is by far the most organized hot mess I have ever read about. While her exterior may be polished when need be, all heck breaks loose when she opens her mouth to speak. Never in my life have I laughed so hard. She’s spunky, full of energy, and keeps her backbone straight when challenged.
Rath and Bram’s Bromance: One of the best, most ridiculous, bromances ever. I loved them. 85% of my Kindle highlights are about their bromance.
Rath: He’s ridiculous in the best way. Reading his confusion over Charlee’s antics, especially when he is startled, had me clutching my stomach in pain from laughing.
The storyline: This is such a far cry from my expectations when you say “marriage of convenience” or “boss/assistant” romance. The storyline was different and had plenty of unexpected twists.
What I disliked:
Not much. I mean, I was laughing during the most angsty part of the plot. It’s hard to dislike something that brings a smile to your face and keeps you turning page after page. I was a little unimpressed with Rath’s actions, but what is a good romance without a little drama?
If you enjoy humor, this is the book for you. An HEA wrapped in joyful comedy.
And as always from my reviews, my top quotes of the book:
“The minute I saw her, I knew it wasn’t going to be a good fit. Why? Because she’s too [GD] beautiful. Because she’s far too bubbly. Because every smile and checklist she devises, she makes me want to ben her over my desk and make her mine.”
“She likes how the women bring the men down to their knees, because that’s what she’s doing to me, with one insensitive conversation at a time.”
“’Team Skittle Pals is taking you all out.’ I shake my head. ‘That’s not our team name.’.”
“Babe? That’s what he’s going to call me? Babe? Not something more endearing like snookums? Sweetie of my life? Sugar nips? He’s going with Babe?
