Audiobook Review:

I was able to listen to this book for free so I had no expectations going in. It was so fun to listen to! The narrators are great and it was funnier than I anticipated.

5 GREEN CROWNS

Slow burns are not normally my jam. The writing and the chemistry build up for the couple had to be on point to keep me engaged, and Charles and Rath has chemistry in spades.

I absolutely loved Charlee. She is one of my favorite Meghan Quinn heroines. She is spunky with lots of heart, and I love that she was so determined to do her job yell, and that once she decided on what she wanted she went for it.

Rath is such a sweetheart. I love his plan to woo her, but what really sold me on him was the grand gesture. I mean MQ really brought the romance level up with this one. I about died from swooning.

This story, like most MQ books, has it all - romance, lol hilarity, and fantastic chemistry. I truly enjoyed each and every moment of their journey. And the epilogue, that was great.

This was the final standalone for the three male best friends we have come to love, and this one was my favorite. The chemistry, the storyline, the romance is just perfect.

“This kiss was sweet, short, nothing that would blow anyone’s socks off…besides mine. Because even though it only lasts a few seconds, its within those seconds that I get my first taste of her. It’s where I get to feel myself tip over the edge into falling for this girl. I’ve had many first kisses. Aggressive, passionate, consuming, but nothing like this. Nothing this sweet, this….understanding. Nothing that has ever made me want to drop all my defenses and expose my true self to a woman. And that’s scary. Terrifying actually. Because if a kiss this simple can turn my world upside down, what’s going to happen when I feel her tongue against mine, when she kisses me longer, when I get to feel her delectable body against mine? Was Roark right? Am I screwed?”

“I was born with a piece of your soul inside me and I want to claim it. Right here, right now.”

2020 might have just started, but I’ve already got a book on my tops reads of 2020 list. Boss Man Bridegroom is intense, combustible and will leave you in stitches. Just spend a couple of minutes with this story and these characters and you’ll why I fell head over heels in love with this story!

Boss Man Bridegroom follows the story of Charlee & Rath. From the moment I dug into their story, I was utterly hooked. Charlee is quirky, lively and so unique. She is like sunshine on a cloudy day, the rainbow when you need it the most. And then you have Rath. Rath is the serious business man with a heart of gold. But, when he is around his friends, the real Rath breaks loose. The read Rath is hilarious, a total frat boy. These two couldn’t be more opposite, yet somehow, they just work. Their road to happily ever after is filled with hilarious antics, an outrageous personality, a meddling grandma and so much more. Boss Man Bridegroom is not only hilarious, but is filled with a lot of heart. If you’re a fan of romantic comedies, I promise you won’t want to miss Boss Man Bridegroom.

Boss Man Bridegroom took my heart on an intense roller coaster ride and gave me all the feels. Rath & Charlee were off the charts in every possible way. It was impossible to not fall in love with these characters right away. I loved how intense and quirky Charlee was. Yes, she had some insecurities, but for the most part, she just embraced who she was. And her grandma was a total riot. I loved her quirkiness as well and I loved her meddling ways. There is just something about meddling grandmas that gets me every single time. And Rath, man did I just love him. When he wasn’t be a jerk, he was utterly swoon worthy. He tried hard to stay away from Charlee, but let’s face it, that woman is a force to be reckoned with. And I absolutely loved the bromance between Rath and Bram. Those two men were ridiculous in the best possible way.

Together, Rath and Charlee were the ultimate couple. They were complete opposites, yet had so many similarities. Together, they were intense and combustible. I was left hanging on each interaction, dying to see just how their story would play out. And, I will tell you this, these two do not disappoint.

Boss Man Bridegroom is the perfect romantic comedy. It seriously was everything that I want and need from romance. Add in that it was funny, as well as an office place romance with a fake fiancee and this book was seriously everything!! It was romantic. It was funny. It was totally unforgettable. I laughed. I had tears in my eyes. And boy did I ever swoon. I seriously loved each and every second of this book and never wanted it to end.

Megan Quinn has totally knocked my socks off with this book!! It is definitely on my list of top reads for 2020 and I look forward to re-reading this book again.

I read Boss Man when it came out & absolutely loved it. I am currently on a Connor kick & am just getting to this audiobook.

I can honestly say the audiobook is freaking great! Connor & Kelsey bring Meghan’s words & characters to life. The hilarity that is Charlee Bag of D**ks & Boss man crabby pants is laugh out loud worthy. I may have gotten a few side glances from cars in traffic on my commute but it was sooo worth it

I was sold by the second page. Charlee going to an office supply convention, she loves to organize, plan, color code and watches New Girl... SHE’S MY PEOPLE!!! I hands down love her so much. I personally have an inappropriate relationship with pens so I truly get her. I love me a good pen. I loved her personality, the way she was towards Rath and bringing him out of his closed off shell. Their chemistry and banter just had it all going on for me AND this one was extremely funny. I could not stop laughing at her grandmas couple counseling. So funny. I also think Bram and Rath have the best bromance in the biz. I could read a whole story just on them alone. Hands down one of my favorite books by this author.
