Good bones of a story
A tad spoilery, but the miscommunication overload just killed it for me. I usually like the fake relationship trope and never understand why my friends don't. Well, this book is the why I think. It was a little too surface level with uneven pacing for me.

Boss Man Bridegroom is a standalone within a series. We first met Rath in The Secret to Dating Your Best Friends Sister. Bram Scott & Julia Westin’s (Rath’s sister) story. Then we met him again in The Story of a Bad Boy. Roark McCool and Sutton Green's story and now Boss Man Bridegroom is Rath Westin and Charlee Cox's story.
Meghan Quinn’s books are the best!
OMG who wouldn’t love Charlee. She is the quirky sexy girl. She is a unique individual and Rath is very uptight and he needs someone like Charlee. Someone that at first drives him nuts with her efficiency and then finds he can’t live without her.
Boss Man Bridegroom is a funny and sexy book! It’s a feel good book! 10+ Stars

5 hilarious stars for Bossman, Bridegroom by Meghan Quinn. Another amazing book from Quinn. Rath and Charlee Bag of dicks are terrific characters. While normally the hero is the story is what I would rave about, it was different in this story. Charlee the heroine is what made this story what it is. I love her character. She is someone I would want to be friends with. However, both characters had me laughing so hard I had tears streaming down my face. Each time I think there is no way Quinn can top her latest book, he she comes and not only tops it she soars so far above it. Rath and Charlee have both had their hearts broken and are not sure about loving again. Rath is a businessman who keeps his personal and business life separate. Charlee is a woman who loves office supplies and organization. She is witty and full of sass. I just love her character. “You don’t try to change someone you love, Chuckie. You open your heart to new possibilities.” Rath and Charlee bump heads in the beginning but that soon changes. I can’t say too much because I will not spoil anything. I will say this book is fantastic and everyone should read it. It is a book that I will think about and automatically get a smile on my face.
Kind of fun to have a billionaire, boss & secretary that turns into a fake marriage but the dialogue fell short for me.
I could not put this book down! I love Charlene's bubbly personality and her obsession with office supplies! I love how she basically trains Rath instead of the other way around. And I absolutely adore their love story!
I don't care that it's only January.
I don't care that I haven't read more than a handful of books this year.
I'm saying now -- this is my favorite book of the year. YEAR!
Meghan Quinn has the ability to write books that are absolutely hilarious, while not being over-the-top campy. This one had me laughing from the start!
The third in the series of books about three college friends, this one focuses on Charlee, Executive Assistant who is in need of a new gig, and Rath, frat boy turned billionaire mogul who is at the end of his rope with temps. When the two have an unfriendly meet cute at at an office supply convention she's attending with her EA Pal Linus (Bram's PA) their common friend solves both their problems. Rath decides to give her a chance despite their less than pleasant meeting and she goes over the top to show him she can not only handle him, but that he is useless without her.
When Charlee's grandma has a mysterious illness, potentially losing her one chance to see Charlee walk down the isle in her wedding gown, Rath comes up with a plan to give grandma her wish.
Come on - how many books have you read with a grandma? This one is no different, and somewhat steals the show. The chemistry, and conversations between Rath and Charlee are hilarious! Charlee is over the top, has the best personality, and her outbursts are comedy gold.
Grab this one, and read - but maybe not in public, unless you want people looking at you wondering why you're laughing at your phone/tablet like a lunatic. Not that it happened to me or anything. Twice. Nope, not at all.

3.75 I was close to loving it. A bit too long for me. But I did like the humor. Was intrigued enough to try a few more stories by this author.
