Anatomy of the Spirit draws from ancient truths found amongst Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism and more. The author, Caroline Myss, worked for years as a medical intuitive - linking physical ailments to spiritual troubles. In this book, she explores the true causes of popular illnesses, and explains how we can initiate our own healing.

I found this to be extremely eye-opening, and quite revolutionary for the time, as this was originally released in 1995. This new anniversary edition includes a fresh preface by the author. This should be compulsory material for anyone who considers themselves spiritual. Five stars!

This book provides so much food for thought. There's at least three things to stop and ponder on every page. Myss was a pioneer in holistic medicine, encouraging a symbolic, spiritual and energetic view of healing and wellness.

A wonderful journey through the deeper meaning of the chakras and how to become more spiritual and connect with god, for brevity. Beautiful information is kept here and has influenced me greatly.

I didn’t expect to enjoy this book as much as I did. It really has some memorable moments. I also took it upon myself to do audiobook along side the physical copy and it was a gem.
