My brain needed a break, I wanted to read a mystery, and this was available on kindle at the library. This book was not really for me, so I can’t really recommend it.

Book Review…Killers of a Certain Age by Deanna Raybourn was a great read! I finished it in a few sittings! It's full of friendship, humor, suspense and action!
After forty years of working for the Museum, an elite network of assassins Billie, Mary Alice, Helen, and Natalie are retiring. To mark their retirement they are sent on an all-expenses paid vacation but they have been targeted by one of their own. Only the Board, the top-level members of the Museum, can order the termination of field agents, and the women realize they've been marked for death. Now to get out alive they have to turn against their own organization. They're about to teach the Board what it really means to be a woman and a killer of a certain age.
Most of the story is told from Billie's point of view with some flashbacks of when the first started with the Museum and past jobs but its east to follow and these women are wonderful characters to follow! Despite being assassins they are real and easy to relate to. There's a great mix of mystery, suspense and so great humor! This is the first book I've read by Deanna Raybourn but it won't be my last! Thank you Let's Talk Books Promo, Deanna Raybourn and Berkley Books for sharing this book with me!
