I was meh about most of the content here but the last story sword of hades made me bump up the stars cuz I liked it, it was properly paced unlike the first 2 stories and it (had nico) was part of the main series with regards to the story itself. Okay now I'm off to read the Kane chronicles

I loved this. It was a warm hug that I def needed! If only it was longer. If a few of the stories were a hint longer I’d have loved it even more.

I need me some Greek myth fic.

I really don’t care for the guides and word puzzles and the interviews, oh gods the inerviews, really not my cup of tea. But the three short stories were quite enjoyable.

My favorite one: The Sword of Hades. It is really awesome to see the kids of the big three fighting together in the underworld. And Bob, oh dear Bob. I hope one day you will see the stars again.

Followed by The Stolen Chariot. Getting a deeper inside into the children of Ares is great. But I wished Phobos and Deimos powers would be more differentiated.

The Bronze Dragon is the weakest one for me. Even though it feels like the most similar to the original one and the dynamic between Percy and Annabeth is great it just doesn’t really go anywhere.

I love capture the flag, so of course I liked this one a little more than The Stolen Chariot, but I still don’t know how I feel about these Percy Jackson short stories...

I mean it was cute, but the whole time that I was reading this, I was confused about how it fit in with the rest of the series and I sort of didn’t feel like this one was necessary? Some novellas/short stories in series are really enjoyable, but this one was just meh to me.

This was an accidental re-read, but it doesn't stop it from being a great little collector's edition to the Percy Jackson series. My mum mistakenly bought this book for me instead of the Demigod Diaries and reading it I realized I had it already, just with a different cover and some posters. But still, a nice little book for transitioning or in-between-reads. Just what I needed after reading the hellish Beautiful Creatures.
