 I loved this a lot! funny and kinda silly while definitely having some depth to it & critiquing empire.

also the panthera……obsessed with how their mannerisms are so cattish. can’t wait for more of them.

Such a lovely start to this series! I can't wait to read the next novella. I adore McCloud's world building and characters, and this felt like meeting a new group of pals.
