I'm not mad at a Christmas fable. Especially written by Kristin Hannah!!
This is legitimately the worst book I have ever read. It was as predictable as every Hallmark Christmas movie, until it took a Sixth Sense-turn, but then quickly returned to its Hallmark narrative.
It was terrible, but it was only $10. I’ve spent more than that for fewer hours of the utter distraction it afforded me.

Cute little magical realism book! I see why some people wouldn’t like it, since it requires you to believe in the scientifically impossible—but I thought it was a great little magical tale! I do think the ending was wrapped up a little too fast…could’ve used like 15 more pages.
