When You Know Something but You Need Someone to Remind You

Overall it was something that we all need to hear once in a while and maybe a few of those who have read this will act on it. I found that it was a bit generic but personal and comical and that itself intrigued me. I didn't agree with all of the steps be mentioned but I took it faintly and learned from it. As someone who struggles with depression and a lack of happiness in their life, I like that this was a "kick-ass" can of whooping that I needed to hear.

Not all bad with a few mistakes. But I wish there was more meat to this book and the fact that it was incredibly short. I could tell how quickly the author broke off from a point but I wish he had kept going.

Another thing I noticed half way through was that the writing was maybe unintentionally catering towards men and I wasn't a huge fan. It often addressed the reader as if they were male, but then made up for it in the next chapter to add, "and ladies".

It really was a decent read and definitely for people who maybe just need a little reminder to look up.
