Elena Ferrante sempre una garanzia. Mostra con cruda verità ma anche gentilezza il dolore e poi il ricomponimento, lo sfaldarsi e il rialzarsi di una donna, madre ed ex moglie.

Not my favorite by Ferrante but a solid book. It explores the themes of women in relationships and contains a lot of references to past feminist litterature. It was good. It felt too whiny at certain points but otherwise good. The use of crude language at certain points was nicely done. I just expected more from the author. Def. weaker than her other books. We also never really felt close to the main character despite being in her head as she's losing her mind.
