I love her sense of humor and I’m very drawn to people that are real and own their shit. That makes her a hero to me. I loved the book. Some doesn’t age well, but like Carrie would care about that. I just wish it was longer. Also did the audiobook and highly recommend because her reading her life and her accents as well as her impression of her mom is well worth it.

I often don’t read memoirs or anything of the sort, but I had to do it for Carrie. I’m glad I did because she’s hilarious in a way that you only get if you’re somewhat insane. It feels like you’re sitting with her at 11pm eating a lot of carbs while she tells all these stories.
Graphic: Addiction and Alcohol
Moderate: Sexual content
