Read with care, this book goes into super graphic detail about horrific crimes. Could not finish.

The book mostly goes into detail about the cold cases the writer worked on, sprinkled with bits about his personal life. Interesting read if you'd like to learn a bit about the investigative process of cold cases, the writer is clearly passionate/obsessed with it.

So so so so so good! Probably helps that I read it in Paul's voice - I listen to his podcasts. Great insight into how Paul Holes became THE Paul Holes and loved reading every page.

All I can say is…. PAUL FREAKIN HOLES. That’s it. Do I need to say more? No, but I will! This book is an absolute masterpiece! Not only is Paul Holes an amazing investigator/Detective he can write too?!
