Another great read from this author!
I was patiently waiting for Jace's story since finishing the wrong quarterback, and it was absolutely worth it!
Jace is hilarious as a character, even though he tells terrible jokes (I love bad jokes anyway).. he's definitely the Ari Lancaster of the no drama llamas! Funny, golden retriever evergy, but equally unhinged and possessive.
Absolutely love him.
And he absolutely loves Riley. It's heartbreaking how she questions what love is because of what's happened to her though.
Had me welling up a lot throughout this book, as I can relate to how she feels about herself after being treated the way she was.
I love that these books don't have the third act breakup... if anything, they go the opposite way (iykyk)!
Now just to patiently wait for Matty's book!! :)
