I love dark academia and campus novels so this was right up my alley. While it took me a bit to get invested in the plot, and the main character is hard to root for or trust, about halfway through, I couldn’t put this down. Twisted and mysterious and a bit of a mix of Black Chalk meets The Talented Mr. Ripley, this was an enjoyable thriller that pulled me out of my reading slump.

If it's supposed to be a thriller, or something creepy, then I think there are too many long parts where nothing much happens. I would have liked it to be even darker too.
