I DNF’d right around chapter 3, because the chapter begins with one of the main characters Nikolai describing a childhood experience of his at the age of 5 in which he discussing his private parts.
I find it baffling that this needs to be said but NO author should be writing these things about a child. Idc that this is fictional or that he’s one of the main characters that’s considered “morally grey”
It is absolutely inappropriate regardless of the context, how several of you all just blew right past this baffles me.
There was no need for whole scene to be added to the book and if you think so literally go fight with the fucking wall.
The intro pages disclose a trigger warning for “a minors sexual assault” so imagine my surprise when I read this particular opening scene. I’m not sure if Nikolai experiences the SA as a minor nor will I find out.
Like I mentioned before I DNF’d at chapter 3. But in what right mind does an author think it’s okay to write about a child’s intimate parts in this way.

I don’t know where to begin.
This is one of my favorite book EVER. And I don’t say it lightly.
I loved Nikolai since the first book of the series. I love crazy unhindged characters.
I loved Brandon as much because he is the shy sensible one.
This book was obviously made for me.
Not only it didn’t disappoint me but it exceeded all my expectations.
You will also met Kolya.
It is my third favorite characters after Nikolai and Bran but before Jeremy.
It made me laughed SO LOUD and SO many times that it was awesome.
This book is a masterpiece of tenderness, happiness, tension and also addresses very sensitive topics like suǐcīde, self-hårm and rãpě.
The audiobook is also a masterpiece.
The audiobook is narrated by @Teddy Hamilton and @Shane East. They’ve done an amazing work. They are perfect.
Please check the TW. It’s important for your mental health.

Some bits were a bit cringey and the naming his penis thing freaked me out a bit but I got through the book.
I enjoyed the plot and the characters development.
Definitely my favourite of the series. I don't like the previous books that much but this gave me hope and I will probably read the last book as well as its been building up for a while now and the author said it will be similar to this one so fingers crossed the consent is there.

Wow wow wow, people were not fucking around with how amazing these two were.
I adored Bran and Nikolai and loved that though they were damaged and a little broken, they found so much love within each other. I also loved how unapologetic Nikolai is. And Bran was just so sweet and I'm so glad he got his happy ending I couldn't think of someone who deserves it more.
I also loved the Jeremy and Ceciliy cameos they were prefect as always.

The mental health representation in this book was amazing. I can't tell you how much I cried while reading this.
My thoughts on Landon have also changed after reading this. I didn't dislike him as much of at all now that I've read this. I loved seeing him and Brandon reconnect and become close again.
I also really loved the scene where Nikolai and Landon join forces at the end when it truly mattered. I just can't hate Landon now that I've read and understand why he was so distant with his siblings(mainly with Brandon).
I probably have more I can say about this. But I can't put it all into words. But just know that I devoured this book. I did not want to put it down at all. I can't recommend this enough. But absolutely check the triggers before reading.
