I just don’t think this series was for me.
I ended up not caring at all about the characters or what they did or if they lived or died. I didn’t care enough to keep reading and ended up not finishing the book. I tried, the concept of the story was really interesting, some of the plot twists were really compelling, but the characters and the story telling fell way flat for me.
There was a lot of detail for sex scenes but then very minimal detail (half of which didn’t even make sense) for important things on how their world and magic worked and how the curse works and everything. It just didn’t come together.

This series got better with each book. I found myself uncovering twists and secrets along with the narrator, making my want blow through the pages. At it’s core it’s a unique story about witches and demons, a meaningful journey of self-development, and heartwarming love story.

While I enjoyed the spicy moments as an adult, I feel like there were maybe one too many. I’m also surprised with how graphic these scenes were for a young adult novel. This definitely read more like a new adult book.

Absolutely loved it! Fantastic conclusion to the series. It's a miracle that the same author wrote Stalking Jack the Ripper, a story entirely different from this one.

This series was pretty good. It had a bit more sex scenes than I thought, but still good. It was pretty similar to some other books I just finished, so it was a bit hard to keep everything straight, but I loved the concept. It was totally worth reading
