Edgar Allan Poe is so brilliant in describing the decor and the gloom... it's a must read :)
While I loved a good Poe story/poem some of these were not great. I loved some of them so much and others I didn't care for. I am glad I was able to read this through!
I love Poe! He truly is the master of the macabre. Love the way he used words to create images and feelings. When I read his words, I feel like I am in the story and it’s happening to me. Lyrical genius. I did discover that I don’t love his mystery stories at all.
