Way too short even for a novella. I don't feel like I got any kind of story out of this. It was just Maddie and her man sitting on the sofa and getting interrupted by the doorbell. The only good thing was the present they got Christmas morning.

This is a very short Christmas themed romance centered around Maddie and her first Christmas with her boyfriend. All they want is a little time alone, but it looks like that's a Christmas wish that will not come true.
This is a super fast read, zany, cute and fun but just too short and the rest of the book was promo for other books and filler. Still, this would be a great story to read while on your coffee break.

A nice cheerful holiday short story. No dead bodies just a little pick me up. Fun to see Maddie's zany friends and family in the holiday spirit.

A waste of time and 99 cents. This very short story (NOOK has it at 19 pages) does nothing in developing Maddie and Ramirez's relationship. It is just a series of recurring characters showing up to invite Maddie and Ramirez out for holiday partying and Maddie turning them down so she could spend their first real Christmas together. It was just annoying. Save the pennies and time and just skip to the next full length book.
