A whacky and bizarre mystery that had me laughing out loud at times. It's quirky and fun but not in a weird uncomfortable way but in a way that makes sense and flows. It's a bit rambling, but was a fun audio book to listen to during a long road trip with a 10 yr old and a 6 yr old. There were plenty of laughs from all, including the grown-ups. The humor is sharp throughout even when the plot meanders.

According to goodreads I read this book in 2017, and I saw it in the little library down my block and I wanted to read it again.
I love this book, it’s a silly wacky adventure in this town but it’s not without stakes. I just think it’s a fun kinda nonsense book, and it is just as good as I remember it being.

Lots of fun! If you have readers looking for comic Sci-Fi, this would be a good book to suggest!

This book was so much fun!! I read it with my 10 year old son. Each night he and I kept reading "just one more chapter." I was eager to get back to the fun each bedtime. I highly recommend this off-beat and inventive story!!
