It was just ok. Great story of strangers becoming friends to take down a predator. But there was a lot that could have been left out. Definitely didn’t need 427 pages.

Not for me. I found the plot silly and the characters were so awkward. One of them so unorganized it bothered me I could see where the author was going with it but it was exhausting hearing what a mess she was. The whole plot was ridiculous and unbelievable it’s not the type of book I like so barely 3 stars from me.

Corny
I had mixed feelings about this book. I really liked Ainsley and Nikki individually. Their unexpected friendship was a highlight of the book. They both needed that bond. Ainsley’s overly dramatic angst about being a stripper for one year to cover her sister’s tuition was so annoying. It was never that serious. Then they turned into wannabe Nancy Drews. Their amateur sleuthing felt silly. I did like Lady Godiva’s scenes. She was hilarious. I also enjoyed the plot twist when the real killer was identified. The chick lit part of the book worked for me. It lost me with the crime solving duo storyline.
