I’m sad I’m finished reading this series. I wasn’t prepared for how funny this book was gonna be. All the characters had absolutely no chill and it was great. I always love a good war and the last book in a series always gets me with all the different plot points coming together. I really did enjoy this book even though it did get really slow at some parts. I loved getting Cal and Maven’s point of views and just getting to see Carl’s growth as a character and Maven’s inner thoughts. As far as Mare and Cal, the ending gave us a nice little they’ll be together someday that I am perfectly okay with.
