Kind of a weak follow-up to Woods' last alien story. This time, it's Amanda Ripley and Zula teaming up, which sounds great, but feels more like a game or movie tie-in with a less than interesting mission. Feeling rushed most of the time, and besides some neat kills, this is more of a forgettable story. 2.5 at the highest.

Massive stepdown from Defiance. I never felt the friendship these two supposedly have. The pace is so fast I found it hard to even track what was happening or what ships were what. The short 4 issues end with a cliffhanger too which I hate in comics.

Pretty short and sweet. I haven't played the video game so I can't speak to that aspect but I liked it.

I was looking for more tags to attach from my bookshelves but I couldn't find, which might be a way of saying this is something I don't read much often.

Alien invasion (brought by some stupid power-hungry humans), some not-so-dumb humans trying to fight back, so-called aliens use humans as their hosts but good at combat without any training, androids going rogue to save human race, I can go on and on about this could be appealing and intriguing read but not for me...so sorry this didn't work out.

Not a tight or strong story. Not real clear why they were doing what they were doing. Even the characters were drawn differently than before.
