5 Stars — Abby Jimenez Does It Again!
Abby Jimenez does it again with another 5-star read! Say You’ll Remember Me was everything I hoped it would be—and more. Abby has quickly become one of my favorite authors and an instant-buy for me. Her writing? Chef’s kiss. She has a way of blending humor, heart, and real-life emotion that makes every book feel like a hug in written form.
This story had all the makings of a perfect feel-good romance—warm, cozy, and absolutely brimming with heart. I fell hard for both the main characters. You couldn’t help but root for them the entire time. I loved how their journey felt real—they faced genuine challenges, navigated complicated emotions, and leaned into the importance of family in such a beautiful way.
If you’re looking for a romance that will make you smile, swoon, and maybe even tear up a little, this is it. Abby Jimenez just gets it—and Say You’ll Remember Me proves it once again.

I’ve really loved all of the Abby Jimenez books I’ve read….up until this one. While there were some cute and funny moments, overall it just fell flat for me.
I know it wasn’t the main trope, but the cheating in this book just wasn’t it. And it was excused so casually? For characters that loved the other part of that relationship so much, that rubbed me the wrong way.
I also didn’t feel the chemistry between the MCs. There were a lot of sweet moments and grand gestures between the two, but they weren’t my favorite characters individually. It felt like there were too many Gen Z references and it just took me out of the book.
Oh well, I still plan to read her upcoming books!

I don’t really understand the dislike for this book. It was not my absolute favorite Abby Jimenez book, but I still laughed, cried, and really liked it.
