Really fun book, good plot, interesting characters, great twist, and I loved the character development. The world building was cool too.

This story is the warrior viking fantasy I needed in my life. Mrs.Levenseller's creative storytelling, and skillful use of life lessons combined with excellent world building is absolutely incredible.

Read this inspiring, and powerful story if you are a fan of:
        1.Found family
        2. Fierce female viking warrior
         3.Friends to lovers
          4. Plot twists
           5. Vivid scenery, and strong world building.
             6. Witty banter

Rasmira is a strong, and resourceful individual who was able to overcome impossible odds in order to right a wrong that took everything from her. She turned a dire situation into an opportunity to learn from her mistakes, and became stronger because of it.

Soren and Rasmira's friends to lovers slow burn romance was perfect, and I laughed at all the witty banter moments.

The plot twist about the true identity of Peruxolo was definitely a shocking moment, and I was not expecting it. Mrs.Levenseller did an excellent job of using the life lesson about how not everything is as it seems.

Tricia Levenseller has produced a wonderfully fast-paced fantasy read (like many of my other favorites of hers). I thoroughly enjoyed this book and even read it all in one day. I appreciate many aspects of this book, like the fact that Rasmira does not forgive those who have wronged her so easily, which is something that happens often in the YA genre. Additionally, Levenseller is wonderful at providing casual LGBTQ+ representation, and that pattern has not been broken with Warrior of the Wild. There were some parts that I feel could have been drawn out a bit more to expand and elaborate on the mental journey that Rasmira goes on throughout the book, but I nevertheless appreciated the message. Overall, I really liked Warrior of the Wild!

Warrior of the Wild is a fun and exciting book for young adults. It’s easy to read but does hit some important struggles young adults struggle with.

Rasmira is a strong protagonist. She has her strengths and weaknesses, just as Soren and Iric, the other two big characters. Soren annoyed me pretty much most of the time. He’s just the kind of person I can’t stand. Iric I did like. He gave the other two some reality checks and had a well developed personality.

Plot wise you shouldn’t expect something wild and intriguing. It’s a pretty basic plot, but that doesn’t make it less enjoyable.

All in all a good book for it’s intended audience.

This is a fast paced and easy read. It has a straight forward plot but complex and compelling characters. It was a fun read and would recommend to anyone wanting an easy fantasy world to enjoy.

While it is a fast paced book it was set out really well. The pacing felt really fitting for the book and nothing felt too fast or slow. I think having the book split into parts really helps as you know what is coming up.
I also really like Rasmira as a character and the growth she goes through in the wild. The relationships she builds with Soren and Iric are also interesting and felt very really. The growth of their relationships also represents the growth of the character as they learn to move forward from the past and looked to the future.

It is a really fun book with a simple but still a good plot. I would recommend reading this after something darker, heavier, or serious as it is a very light hearted read for the most part and up lifting.
