Predictable, but the Plum series/Ranger will have me reading these forever I think. I liked the FTAs in this book, though. Elderly man who thinks he is a vampire? Yes, please. Adorable.

ARGH! How long will she stretch the Ranger vs Morelli thing?!?! GARG!

Love these books! Finished this one just in time to get on the super long wait list for the next one. How many more cars can Stephanie dispose of or how much longer can she delay the Ranger/Morelli decision? Or what stupid situation is she going to get into this time? Always the important questions...

I literally cannot put these books down when I pick them up. fast paced, funny, great sexual tension between the characters and the main character is so gloriously screwed up I can't help but love Stephanie Plum. I just love the way she handles all the craziness in her life. :)

Same as the past 16, good beach read.

Not one of Stephanie's most inspired adventures

All of the Stephanie Plum books are formulaic, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but this one felt formulaic in the bad sense. It felt phoned in, and lacked its normal wit. Not terrible, but not as fun as usual.

Fun characters to spend a lazy afternoon with, Stephanie Plum and her family, boyfriends and business associates are back. Her mother is trying to fix her up with an old friend from high school who has flamed out of his previous life, who is now back in Trenton living home with his parents. Despite his amazing cooking skills, Stephanie wants no part of him. A series of murders occurs and some of the victims are addressed to Stephanie; she feels she must solve them quickly before there are more victims. As always, the question in her life is Ranger or Joe Morelli? Glad the next book in the series comes out in November so I don't have to wait a year to find out which man she chooses. Totally guilt free, light reading!

I love these books. This is definitely an improvement over the last couple in the series; and the next one is coming out sooner as well!
