I find that thrillers are not my favourite genre, but had heard that this was an excellent example of a twisty novel. It certainly is that, but I didn't find myself feeling like my world had been rocked. That being said, the book is very easily digestible and written simply so it is a quick read. It could be something worth picking up if it has piqued your interest, but not something I would find myself remembering

Really enjoyed this fast paced thriller! Did not see the twist coming. But omg Sydney is the most useless and spineless main character EVER. Wasn’t sure who to root for but I was entertained throughout and went quick. My first Frieda McFadden book!

Entertaining and the twisty turny plot you’d expect from FMcF, I will likely forget the exact plot line eventually, but it was a fun read.

So I read this whole book in one day! I give it 4.5 stars for entertainment value alone! I love thrillers and twists and this one definitely kept me guessing. There were times during this book where I actually wanted to slap the main character for being so stupid...... especially when she seemed too smart in the beginning. So some parts were a bit too silly for me but otherwise I LOVED it!
