I bought a copy in Australia - lent it to a nephew and his flat of 20-somethings kidnapped it for months!

For fans of the show, this book offers interesting insights into the behind-the-scenes lives of Jamie, Adam, and the Mythbusters phenomenon. If you've seen a lot of the episodes, though, the synopses can get a bit tiresome. Still, skip over the ones you know, and save yourself some time and trouble by reading these succinct overviews of many of the myths you missed.
If you're not a fan of the show, but are curious, this may give you the impetus you need to hunt down some DVDs. At the very least, I think it will keep you interested in what really went into busting open these myths. An amusing and interesting overview, but the show is still better.
