funny lighthearted medium-paced

Cute little bookstore worker is approached by local fisherman playboy. She is trying to try new and adventurous things before she turns 30 and he’s her partner in crime. They fall for each other and get married in Aruba

Easy transitional palate cleanser, but overall forgettable.

The Dream Harbor series is like a Hallmark movie in book form (but with way more smut); you’re not reading or watching for a literary or cinematic masterpiece, it’s just cozy fun and that’s ok.

This one was not quit as good as the first one, but still fun. It’s a small town romance book, but too spicy to be a hallmark movie. The idea of following clues was fun and cute.  The feeling of having  some last minute fun before you hit 30 was relatable. For me 40 was the dang I am old age, but the feeling is the same.
