This book was challenging in the way that you question your own moral judgments, and, if you are willing to justify the characters' actions. I had to work to understand the main character, as much as it pained me at times. Classic unlikeable main character, but i grew to understand Eve more in the end. Overall though, i felt like something was missing... I would like to give this a reread with all of this in mind.
