Good on this FMC for making a choice that was best for herself and her baby.  I know she didn't have all the facts, but she had all the facts that the MMC was willing to give.  This is a problem of his own making, and Yuri and Petra can die in a fire

April and Matvey. April meets Matvey when he comes into her job to get fitted for a tux. She is instantly attracted. One thing leads to another and they have a fun time with a dress tie in the dressing room. Months later April is in for a new surprise in the form of a baby. Hoping to hide from Matvey in the hopes he doesn’t realize that she is pregnant. When she get a DNA test, by adapting some super spy techniques, she confirms that he is the father and then she is kidnapped. She ends up at his wedding when in front of everyone she announces she’s pregnant.

I enjoyed this book. It was really good. I liked the dynamic between April and Matvey. They were intense and I loved it. The drama is typical of Nicole Fox’s books. The spice was hot, especially the dressing room scene in the beginning.

Nicole Fox is one of my favorite authors but this book… was not it. Literally only the last 60 pages feel like a Nicole Fox book. I would have given this a 2.5 star rating without the twist finally hitting. And look, I’m the biggest Swiftie you’ll ever meet but the references were annoying. I’m really hoping book 2 is better or else I might have to take a break from her books because wtf. 😭
