For some reason, this one just didn't do it for me.  The FMC nor MMC appealed to me.  The mystery was what made me read the 2nd book.

Nicole Fox is a newer author to me. She writes decent books. The reason I didn't like this one as much as the other books is because the dialogue and situations kept repeating itself. Also, not a huge fan of April sleeping with an engaged guy. It would be one thing if she didn't know Matvey was engaged, but that's not how it went down. Some thing in the plot felt far fetched too, like her escape and her being able to show up at Matveys and Petra's wedding. I do want to read the next one as I'm loving the developing friendship between Petra and April. Hopefully, Matvey won't be such a jerk in the next story.
