This is a good book for people who enjoy this type of story. I read it because the title intrigued me and the location was near where I lived. I'm giving it 3 stars because I didn't care that much about the characters or story. I think people who usually read this genre will love it. It's well written but it's just not for me.

3.75. A sweet story. Predictable. I felt like the ending was rushed and unfinished. But I guess that’s why it starts a series.

I can’t wait to return to Dove Pond in the August ’21 release of “A Cup of Silver Linings” (Dove Pond #2)!

Sometimes it’s nice to have a sweet, leisurely read...like sipping lemonade on a lazy warm summer’s day. Just one of those feel good reads—a revival for the soul.
