Wow this book was intense. It picks up from the first but now with Selene on her own her men are definitely not happy about it and take that matter into their own hands. Selene is still searching for her sister and will do what is needed to get the information she wants and needs. Selene is still a fierce fmc. After getting caught up in some trouble it leads her to an MC that might have more information than she bargained for. Not just for her but for her men too. I loved seeing Santos, Darius, Zander, and Blaze throughout this book. The ending nearly killed me though. Let’s just say this cliffhanger is a good one. I. Abbot wait to see what happens next. This book is definitely dark and bloody but man on man is it such a good story!

I hope book 3 is out.

I’m loving this series and how messed up Selene and her guys are. The twists and turns in this back kept me wanting to finish just one more chapter and we all know how that goes.

4.5 stars.

This was just as cuckoo bananas bonkers as The Reaper Incarnate and I was absolutely here for it.

Hunting The Reaper picks up just where we left off, with Selene leaving the guys to go off on her own to find answers about her sister. But little does she know that Blaze is hot on her tail while she’s gone, following her every move and even leaving her little treats.

Selene might be the most unhinged FMC I’ve ever read, and honestly her energy is refreshing. She’s been through a lot of horrible shit and has taken the reins to her life, operating in a way that she believes will make the world a better place, getting rid of the monsters who ruin lives every day.

I love all of Selene’s guys, but I really enjoyed the increased air time that Darius and Santos got here. Their relationship is really special, and I hope we get to explore more of it in the next book.

Spice overall was great as expected, and I’m chomping at the bit for Claiming the Reaper

I love a good bad bitch vigilante and Selene is not afraid to get her hands dirty in her mission to take down some bad guys and find her sister.
In The Reaper Incarnate she meets some guys just as fucked up as she is, and Hunting the Reaper picks up after she ran from them to continue her mission on her own.
Like they would let her go that easily. HAHA

Blaze, Zander, Santos, and Darius have claimed my twisted heart.
And I cannot even tell you how much I loved the progression of the relationship between Santos and Darius in this book. If you like sword crossing in your RH this books is for you!
You also get a little FF action in this one because Selene isn’t the type of heroine to care what’s going on between your legs.

There’s also a bit of a stalking element in this book which is quickly becoming a favorite trope of mine.

Hunting the Reaper is the follow up to the novella The Reaper Incarnate, so you have to read the novella first. But if you like dark RH you will not regret jumping into this world head first.

Be warned: This book is a dark so check triggers warnings and it is part of an unfinished series so it does end in a cliffhanger.

Hunting the Reaper by C. A. Rene & R. E. Bond
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hunting the Reaper is an incredible book. Selene leaves in her guys in the middle night. She has to find her sister. But she should know her guys was not going to let her get away. As she hunts for any clues for her sister. Blaze was hunting her. And when things start gets too dark for Selene, Blaze calls for Santo, Zander and Darius for help. They not only found her, but they also found her sister. But it is not what Selene expected when she reunions with her sister. But the cliffhanger of the book is everything.

Hunting the Reaper has many twisted and turns. C. A. Rene and R. E Bond brings us a love story that does not follows anything you might have read before. Selene might be the Reaper but her guys love her for it. This series keeps get better with each book. And I can’t wait to see where the authors will carry us in the next book.

These two have delivered another amazing book! I have been waiting to get my grabby hands on this since it was announced that the novella was only the beginning. It's dark, it's bloody, it's steamy, but it also has that bit of humor to it.

Selene is bad. She's resourceful, smart, and definitely doesn't back down from anyone. All she wants to do is find her sister and she will do whatever it takes to do that.

Blaze, Zander, Santos and Darius just want Selene back after she ran from them. Once they get her back it is explosive! The way that they all fit together is just

Hunting the Reaper was such a great continuation of the Reaped series! Selene and her man are back and crazier than ever. The violence- loved it!. The steamy scenes- freaking hot as hell! The unexpected plot twists- mind blown! I absolutely cannot wait for book 3 to see more of Selene and her men!

Selene, Santos, Darius Zander, and Blaze are back in Hunting The Reaper, the first full installment in the Reaped series.
The word that instantly comes to mind when describing this book is Phenomenal.
It’s a dark reverse harem that’s extremely sexy, gory, and had me unexpectedly dying of laughter.

Selene is a badass vigilante on a mission.
She is looking for her sister (that story is told in the prequel The Reaper Incarnate).
Nothing will stop her.
When she leaves the harem with no explanation, she has no clue about the chaos created by her departure.

“She’ll come home, and when she does, we’ll make her scream for forgiveness for days on end. Until then, shut it all out. Rein in that anger and hold its leash tight. What you’re feeling is normal, stop fighting it.”

Santos is still a psychopath, but now he has a broken heart.
Darius takes the brunt of Santos’s rage.
They have an extremely close relationship, and he keeps Santos grounded when the crazy starts creeping its way to the surface.
Blaze has a much bigger role in this book.
There’s just something so attractive about his madness and obsession with finding Selene.
Zander’s a BOSS!
With his ability to keep everyone in line, he quickly morphs into the unofficial leader of the group.

Reading The Reaper Incarnate is required before reading this book, but I would highly recommend this series.
Selene and her harem have a story you don’t want to miss.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
