When the biggest plot twist of the book happened, it was confusing since I felt like there were a lot of plot lines and questioned unanswered. This probably means it'll be answered in the sequel. Overall, I did like the concept and it made me feel that this book was a commentary regarding K-media

I've been trying to broaden my horizons and read more translated fiction, so I'm not just reading originally English or Dutch books, and it's been such a valuable experience. These books have mainly been literary fiction and nonfiction though, so I was so interested to read a translated sci-fi book for once!

Snowglobe is one of the better dystopians I've read in a while. There's a lot that could make you think, and a lot that applies to current day society. But there's also just so much delicious intrigue and drama. The book is fast-paced, and I read it in almost one sitting, as one reveal after the other kept me glued to the page.
