Okay, I loved this book. It hooked me right from the start, I loved the characters and my heart hurt so much for all of them. I wasn’t sure what I was going to make of the book, but I really enjoyed it. And, ofc, we love some bi rep🫶

The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because despite some of the very challenging, emotional themes within this book, it still didn’t make me cry. Could be because I read most of it whilst on public transport, but I’ve cried too many times on trains to really care about that. So I feel that maybe some of it could have been written a bit better maybe? Or maybe I’m more cold hearted than I used to be🤷‍♀️

ONE THING
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but it would have been great if we’d never learned her original name?? But maybe that would have driven me crazy!?

Over all I found this book amazing but I didn't really get how Iris could make a bomb out of stuff in her bag but maybe that's just me or the fact I read it really late at night but other than that I would say that this booking an amazing read and would definitely recommend.

Very good,  a little predictable toward  the end, but I enjoyed it so much I could hardly put it down.

The MC’s voice/inner monologue was annoying at first it’s very teen girl but I quickly got over that when I realized how authentically real that voice is and true to Nora’s character. And OH GOD did I love this book. I can see why it’s so popular I haven’t read an audiobook so fast in a long time I wanted to be in the car to listen all day. It also got good SO FAST and I really was not expecting it. Obsessed. The audiobook is amazing definitely would recommend, and it’s read by the other so she definitely gets it and knows how to express her characters at their most raw. CHILLS. I will be watching the movie/tv show or whatever they do DUH

I’ve genuinely never cried so much because of a book. The way this was written was so beautiful and heartbreaking and smart and strong. Tess Sharpe I owe you anything ever at any time.
