This is a well written young adult novel. It took me a few chapters to get into the story but I was glad I stuck with it. Very good story about being yourself and finding yourself. The plot moved very smoothly. I would recommend this book to fans of this genre.

What a pair these two make! I love the dynamic each author brought to this story and how they were able to build such different, yet such complementary characters. This love story has such an unique and engrossing plot that keeps you wondering if there really will be a happily ever after (SPOILER ALERT: there is)

So.... I am sitting here....trying to think of what to say about this book.

the problem with that is....I have no idea what to say

I keep writing and deleting things. This is a hard review to write, and I am not quite sure why

I really liked this book. After reading the description, I thought this was going to be a cute, lighthearted, easy going and laugh worthy read.

It was....

but it also wasn't

it was also sad, kind of tragic, crazy and beautiful

I will mention its kind of a love triangle
Spoilerif by triangle I meant this girl is so comfortable in her long term high school relationship that she doesn't know what to do when she meets the adventurous Chase...

Its a story of moving forward in life. Starting over. Making changes. I actually really enjoyed this book, and I think people should definitely give it a chance.

also! you know how you read books that have to do with music and you see lyrics from fictional bands that you really really really REALLY wish were non-fictional? There is a song in this book near the end AND ITS A REAL SONG, BY A REAL BAND....If I read it correctly, one of the authors is engaged, or married to one of the band members. I fangirled. LOVE IT!
