This book was an entertaining read with essentially a Ms. Witch competition. The end is pretty soppy and boring, but the plot is silly to the point of being funny.

This was a favorite when I was little. I remember being annoyed/confused that the pictures on the front didn’t match the pictures inside and that bothered me reading it this time too!
It’s been so fun to read books from my childhood during this quarantine time

This is the first time i read this book in English. As a child, it was one of my favorites, and I read it in a wonderful German translation. I am glad I went back to it, it is so wholesome and funny and loveable. I think Arriman was one of my first crushes, and looking back, I understand. I really just love this book.

Way more fun, and way more wrong than I expected.
